Domiciliary Care
Heartland Care Recruitment currently hold contracts with both Local Authorities and Private Organisations providing Social Care Workers to assist individuals within their homes.
– Pay-rates up to £30 p/h for Care and Support Workers
– Paid from the start to the finish of your shift
– Minimum of 4-hours of continual work for all shifts
Care & Nursing homes
Heartland Care Recruitment currently supply into Care and Nursing homes to assist individuals with varying needs throughout the East Midlands.
– Pay-rate from £10 p/h for Care and Support Workers
– Pay-rate of £20 p/h to £25 p/h for Registered Nurses

We are looking to recruit experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses and Support Workers who possess the skills and knowledge to meet the demands of clients providing mental health services for residents who display challenging behaviours.

If you enjoy 1:1 support work and are experienced at providing housing related support to people with disabilities this could be the sector for you.
We are looking for Support Workers to assist service users to maintain their tenancies and to achieve their aspirations for independent living. The support provided varies from people with physical or sensory disabilities to people with learning disabilities or people with mental health related support needs or even a combination of these.
